The Pacific Republic of Qvait requests the deployment of the Anti-Terror Special Forces (ATSF) to combat the communist terrorist organization known as the Constitutional Socialist Party of Qvait, which has been designated as a terrorist organization by this alliance. In coordination with local law enforcement agencies, federal law enforcement agencies, and the National Guard of all five provinces, the ATSF will conduct investigations and combat CSPQ militants within the country and ensure that the insurgency is degraded and neutralized.
