"I propose that our governments hold embassies on each other's planets. We are not actively looking for war and thus want to ensure that first we have a dialogue to prevent one. The Capital may not be the wisest place for an embassy, but if the Treecuu could accept our Kind on yours, we shall accept yours on ours.
