Madam Chair and esteemed Legislators,

In accordance with the Legislator Committee Act, the Cabinet is pleased to nominate Penguin to serve on the Legislator Committee.

Penguin is a longstanding member of the Coalition and has previously served in a variety of roles including as Vice Delegate. She is a trustworthy individual and Cabinet is resoundingly confident that she will be an exemplary member of the Committee.

We respectfully submit Penguin for the consideration and approval of this Assembly.

[1] Legislator Committee Act, Article 1. Scope, Clause 2, stipulates: 'The Legislator Committee comprises three legislators that have each been appointed by the cabinet and approved by the assembly via a simple majority vote.'
