Who could have done this...

The visions of fire and burning once again filled Ember Rose's mind as she slept, visions of old aquaintences glaring at her and mocking her feathers through the flames occupied her mind. She was trapped once again, only waking up when the fire was just about to consume her entirely.

Ember Rose screeched, looking around at the unfamiliar place, with no recollection of previous events.

I need to find the temple and that weird artifact before it's too late. I have to save Eldur Ljos from those infernal beings...

She quickly jumped from the bed, launching herself from the nearby window into the sky, taking off only to crash-land just a few feet away. Ember Rose looked confusedly at her primary wings, giving a frustrated puff at the damaged flight feathers which prevented her from flying.

Slowly, some memories came back once more, and with a sigh, Ember Rose climbed up and went back into the room she woke up in, waiting for the Little One to return. When it finally returned, Ember Rose gave it an awkward smile.

"Hello, stranger... uh... do you have any idea where a certain temple could be? I'm looking for a thing. A magical thing." Ember Rose asked cautiously, tensing her body up to run if needed.
