I can't offer any guarantee, unfortunately. The times I am on NationStates fluctuates with my real-life commitments which themselves are rather unpredictable in the present environment.

I can say, however, that with the appropriate coordination with OWL and Cabinet before proposals come to a vote, we should be able to achieve the desired result.

To be perfectly honest, I am not entirely sure at this moment in time. The Southern Journal has done such a fantastic job in the last few weeks that it would be foolish to duplicate efforts. With that being said, I think the Delegate's Digest can offer more concise summaries along with regional propaganda for recruitment into the executive branches. Ultimately, all of this is premature. If I am elected Delegate, I shall have to sit down with both the Minister of Regional Affairs and the Cabinet at large and help wherever I can of assistance.
