Ministry Information & Roles

The Ministry of Culture is tasked with hosting events and activities to benefit the regional community as well as aiding the roleplay sphere of the region. Events organized by our Ministry range from weekly Discord games and contests to large-scale interregional events with our friends abroad, as well as everything in-between. The Minister of Culture's role is described by the Charter of the South Pacific as the following:
Charter of the Coalition of the South Pacific Wrote:(8) The Minister of Culture will be responsible for supporting the roleplay community and organizing regional cultural activities, events, and exchanges.

Within the Ministry, there are two primary types of staff involvement, each of which is crucial to our Charter-given duties.

Culture Staff: Members of this staff group generally cover all the standard bases of the Ministry of Culture such as event planning and hosting. Some staff members will aid in the organization of larger events, while others may help advertise or host small events and games for their fellow South Pacificans. Culture Staff members may also be called upon for their opinion on affairs within the Ministry to improve its function.

RP Planning: Individuals interested in enhancing the regional roleplay experience can join the RP Planning team, which is responsible for coordinating with the roleplay community for new ideas, features, and events for the various aspects of South Pacifican roleplay.

Thank you for reading! This thread's original post will be updated for improvements and additional information at the discretion of the Minister of Culture.
