EXCLUSIVE - Here's the peace deal between Bruuma and Erinor

Through a source we cannot reveal, but  absolutely reliable, we have obtained a copy of the peace deal between Bruuma and Erinor.

Agreement on Ending the War and Restoring Peace in Sereva, signed and entered into force January 31, 2018.

The Parties participating to the peace deal are the Voodoo People’s Republic of Bruuma, representing also the Bruuman Protectorate of Puerto Pollo - from now on collectively mentioned as Bruuma; the Bafuto Serevai - from now on mentioned as Bafuto Serevai; the Democratic Republic of Erinor- from now on mentioned as Erinor.

The Parties have agreed on the following terms:

I. End of the conflict

An immediate ceasefire is to take place between Bruuma, Bafuto Serevai and Erinor.

Erinor will take control of all the frontlines between the Parties and between Bruuma and/or Bafuto Serevai and any foreign force.

All of the Parties’ military forces still on duty will be allowed to regroup with their own side, with no exceptions.

All prisoners, unburied bodies and military equipment of one Party in current possession or availability or another will be returned to its original owner, with no exceptions.

Bruuma will retreat all of its military forces from Sereva beginning immediately and continuing uninterruptedly the operations until completion.

Erinor will prevent any other force from attacking Bruuma. In case Erinor is not able, Bruuma will be allowed to defend itself and to interrupt the retreat of its force until the attacks cease.

II. Reintegration of Bafuto Serevai

A general amnesty will take place, forgiving Erinoran citizen or Serevan inhabitant that fought in the war for any action they might have committed in the course of it.

Any crime not committed in direct relationship with a war purpose - including rape, including homicide and theft committed for private reason or gain, including any terrorist attack aimed at civilians, committed both in Sereva, in Erinor or abroad - will not be forgiven by the aforementioned general amnesty and will be prosecuted by Erinor.

Any Erinoran citizen or inhabitant of Sereva who want to relocate, permanently or temporarily, in Bruuma will be allowed and permitted to be transported by the retiring Bruuman forces. Any Erinoran or Serevan individual proven guilty of a crime not forgiven by the general amnesty will be excluded from this right.

Bafuto Serevai will verifiably decommission its military arsenals. Individual ownership of a non-military weapon for self-defence will be allowed.

Bafuto Serevai will not encourage, commit or condone any violent action from any of its affiliates, excluding for measured self-defense should there be need for it.

Bafuto Serevai will recognize the legitimacy of the Erinoran government and of the current political system of Erinor.

Bafuto Serevai will become and be recognized as legitimate political party. They will be allowed to further the causes of socialism and Serevan independence and or/separatism as long as they recognize a democratic vote as the only political mean to achieve them.

Erinor will ensure that Bafuto Serevai members, both present and former, are not persecuted and/or mistreated for their ideas and membership, judicially or extra-judicially.

III. De-militarization of Sereva

Erinor will request all foreign military forces to leave Sereva as soon as possible and will not drop its request unless it comes under attack by another foreign power.

Erinor, when peace is restored, will only allow foreign non-combatant military advisors on Sereva. Erinor will not allow any foreign military to permanently station armored vehicles, combat ships or combat airplanes and helicopters on Sereva, nor it will allow the establishing of any permanent military base on Sereva.

IV. Restoring of relations between Bruuma and Erinor

Erinor, following the same criteria of the aforementioned general amnesty, will pardon all citizen of Bruuma.

Erinor will be allowed to request Bruuma to prosecute any Bruuman citizen presumed guilty of any crime of those not covered in the general amnesty. Those found guilty will be sentenced according to the Bruuman law and will serve their sentence in Bruuma. Erinor will be allowed to contest any eventual early release, pardon or overturning of the sentences in Bruuman courts.

There will be no request for reparations from any of the Parties. Bruuma will provide Erinor with a financial and/or material contribution  for the clearing of mines and unexploded ordinances and similar. The amount of Bruuma’s contribution will be periodically discussed and agreed between Bruuma and Erinor until the operations are completed.

Bruuma will be allowed to provide Bafuto Serevai with financial and material help, excluding any military weaponry and equipment and excluding any illegal goods.

Any Erinoran citizen or inhabitant of Sereva, if allowed by Bruuma, will also be allowed by Erinor to move freely between the two countries, provided that this happen respecting both countries’ laws in this regard and provided that the individual is not a fugitive from Erinoran law enforcement.

Any citizen of Bruuma or any citizen of Erinor or any inhabitant of Sereva who is or become a fugitive while in the other country will be extradited.

Diplomatic and trade relations between our two countries will gradually resume. Future negotiations will deal with the specific details.

Sea and air space in Bruuma and Erinor will be opened again to non-military ships and aircrafts from each side, provided that they respect any specific restriction should there be.
