International news | Valkyrian company denies smuggling allegations By Tara Cross, KTN News Friday, 26 April 2019 Sydney (KTN) — Alessandra Rhys, the chief executive officer of the Valkyria-based private military company Vorsica, denied allegations on Friday that her company is smuggling weapons to the Worker's Party of Reizen. On Thursday, the non-profit organisation Unrestricted Voice published what they allege to be a leak of internal documents or Vorsica that supposedly prove that the company is engaging in weapons smuggling. Responding to the allegations, Rhys said that her company was being targeted by a disinformation campaign and scapegoated, "Yes, I am a member of the Socialist Party, but my company does not do business with terrorist groups. I run a company that is interested in advancing the interests of the Valkyrian Republic, not the interests of an ideology."
At the behest of Chancellor Margaret Harrison, the National Police have opened an investigation into the allegations.
