She did not bring much delegates, except two, Lord Rowena, Sir Marcus Vanderbilt Rowena and the Paladin of International Relations, Lady Minamoto Shizuka Rowena.

Shizuka looked around the airport and saw the surroundings. It has been a while since she landed her feet in Peonic soil once more, and saw much has changed since. 5 years has passed since her citizenship for Huawan has been steamrolled for a Hammerstarian one, and it has been 5 years since she had run away from her position.

The autumn breeze was enough to blow her scarf, and the smell certainly made her feel like home. She took her two year old son and carried him in her arms. Entry to the car was done, and the car sped up to the Treasure Ship.

Darach and Caitlin sat in their seats as they looked at the party that took place. The Peony had hired Cafe Sonata to mix in the party, manning the bar. They both took a couple of sips of their beverage, and made sure that people got theirs. As Caitlin mixed several coffee and tea combinations, Darach did what he did best, waited the tables with sterness and eloquence.

Doctor Kane approached Caitlin, and asked for a glass of whisky.

"Evening doctor."

"Lady Caitlin."

"What is the update?"

"With the dissolution of the Agotian state, and the joint efforts of cure research for the catra death, it is no longer a threat. We are standing by to ensure that no more samples would be spread, let alone used, anywhere."

"...Our spies have returned from Puerto Pollo, we are unable to decipher the data that we received from the lab. Perhaps your friend has better luck."

Caitlin then took her phone and sent the files to Doctor Kane's pad.

"Please have her take a look at this." Said Caitlin as she poured another whisky for Doctor Kane to drink. She then went back to her duties, having Doctor Kane leave.

The Peony looked behind her, and gave a bow.

"Emperor Ivan. Thank you for gracing us with your presence."

"Our support certainly did not go to waste, the Zollern government looks to the Peonic establishment with great interest."

"I am flattered, honorable emperor. What of the Holy Princess?"

Emperor Ivan sighed, "Karen is currently leading a charity foundation for Zollern artists, and becoming one of the panelists is indeed quite... Troublesome for her, I am sure you'd understand."

"Of course, honorable emperor."

Ivan looked at the entire scene, and glanced at a few faces. He looked back at the Peony.

"Your reign is marked with many things, its virtue is relative, but account for them. Face your challenges with your minds sharp, and your heads held high."

Emperor Ivan then walked away from The Peony to meet the other dignitaries. The Peony knew that she would be heavily monitored by the Knightisian federation that point on. She moved to her seat, and it was a sign for everyone to take their place.
