While Phoenix is relatively new to the region, I believe she has a lot to contribute to the South Pacific and is a very promising member. I was impressed by how well she did in the recent Chair elections. I think she would do well with a chance to experience the duties of the chair and refine the necessary abilities, and I would do well with some assistance considering my other responsibilities in the region.
