Legate Jeffrey David Sinclair is the current Legate serving as the Stoinian Ambassador in the Ryccian Embassy on Daonlathas. He also is a decorated war hero from the Velutarian War  and a respected diplomat.

Early Life
Jeffrey was born in a family with 5 siblings on the planet Louisiana in the Core Sector. His family were carpenters and lived a good life. Unfortunately this all came to an end when the Velutarian War began when Jeffrey was just 10 years old. Because of the Cole Protocol Louisiana and the Core were safe, but with MacArthur's mandate many industries were focused to sustain the war effort. Jeffrey felt the call of duty and enlisted as a Marine in 1592 PD to fight off the Velutarians which had made significant gains in their war effort. 

Military Career
After a month of intense training, Jeffrey and his friends were ready to enter the battle. Their first mission would prove to a tremendous one as they had to help evacuate civilians on Reach where the war effort was turning a drastic turn for the bad. There Jeffrey took command of his squad after the chain of Command had been splintered and helped evacuate civilians from the cities. It was during one mission he managed to defeat a Velutarian in melee combat by crushing its head with a nearby stone, thus earning him the name of Shellcrusher. However Reach would inevitably fall and Sinclair and his men made it out just in time. They would rest for the coming weeks before fighting on several other fronts. Eventually they would be attached to High Admiral Hague's forces and even serve on his ships during the battle of the Line. They served excellently at the Battle of Eir and during Operation Lion's Wrath. Sinclair and his men would also fight on the ground at the Battle of Velutaria and being decorated for it.
After the Velutarian War he was promoted to Brigadier General and from there on he would continue to rise through the ranks and maintain order under his men. Unlike most Stoinians, Sinclair had seen enough war and wasn't eager to fight in the Mardakii Crusade and instead trying to apply for a Legateship of a new colony. 

Diplomatic Career
After the historic visit of King Andrei III to the Ryccian Empire there was a need for an Ambassador to the Ryccians. Sinclair was then chosen because of his moderate approach while still maintaining the Stoinian values. Although some Ryccians view the usage of a decorated Military Veteran as barbaric, Sinclair tries to maintain the good relations they have built and helps any Stoinians in need of help within the Ryccian Empire.
