Charia is the sector capital of the Charian Sector. Originally it was founded as a farming world since the planet has unique characteristics. The planet is a retinal world, meaning that plants are retinal-based instead of chlorophyll-based. Informally it is often called the Purple Jewel within the Star Kingdom.

History
Like Qingdao and Paragon, Charia was part of Traian's ethnic preservation policies. Charia was chosen because of its unique properties and serves as the central hub Stoinian Islamic culture. Many followed the famed duelist Taavi Rouhani to found a planet to reforge the Islamic Faith roughly 200 years ago.
The initial farming proved successful and Charian economy boomed because of its planets rare plants. It quickly gained prominence and eventually became the sector capital. Under the guiding hands of House Rouhani, a new interpretation of Islam was born and the planet became a pilgrimage hotspot and received an influx of migrants. As the planet was tamed more and more Charia became a beacon to its sector. Its location proved monumental in creating trade routes in the southern parts of the Star Kingdom. However it also served as its doom.
Charia was also attacked a few months in the Velutarian War. Similar to Tozoria, initial defences were overrun and the battle was continued on the ground for nearly 14 constant years. Cities and forests alike were glassed, but through perseverance the Stoinians held their ground. After the war, Charia was a centerpoint for restoration efforts like Tozoria, but because of its religious importance to Stoinian Islam, many rushed to restore Charia and after two decades of restoration the planet's greatest scars have been healed.

Geography
Aside from the retinal characteristics, the planet still holds many different biomes. Ranging from polar caps to deserts and jungles. Cities are scattered all over the planet, but the only spire city, Riddah, is located on the planets equator. The planet has a slightly less dense atmosphere than average, but a strong magnetic field.

Fauna and Flora
Charian fauna and flora is unique as the planet. Few planets offer the same magnificence as Charia. Because of the retinal-based plants, the planet hosts its iconic purple colour. This purple colour is also largely taken by the fauna to camouflage themselves.

Wildlife on Charia also has a majestic look to mend with their environment. On of the more majestic herbivores is the Jannah horse (literally horse from heaven) who roam on the retinal fields and the outskirts of retinal jungles. Towering at about 2,5 meters and 3 meters long, they became a reliability for rural villages as a means of affordable transportation. These horses also are seen as a luxury on other planets. While on Charia on can buy one for 1.500 Stoinian Dollars, on other worlds the starting price would be around 25.000.

Along the shores, the Charian sea turtles live. These giant sea turtles at 2 meters in height often travel on shores looking for their food whilst also living in oceans. However these animals cannot swim, but rather walk on the bottoms of the shores. They also have the rare feature to roll themselves up and even float. Biologists still haven't figured out yet on how exactly they can do this.

The Kafir lion lives in the retinal jungles and is deemed the most dangerous animal on Charia. Only coming at about 1,5 meters in height and 2 meters in length, they are versatile predators who can climb in trees to rest. Many hunters on Charia dream to hunt one of these animals, but demand has shrunk over time when the son of Taavi Rouhani was able to tame such a lion. Because of that they serve as the emblem of House Rouhani and have been more domesticated over time.

Satellites
Charia holds one natural satellite in orbit. That satellite is Sjah and has around 40 million inhabitants. Sjah holds a liveable atmosphere and holds many temples and religious sites. Because of this, Sjah law prevents any mining operations on its moon
