Leadership Nominations Day, first official event of the 2020 Election Campaign

Today is Leadership Nominations Day, the first official event of the 2020 electoral campaign where all political parties are submitting officially their leadership nominees. We are now 50 days before the vote and the first polls will be possible beginning today. In the past few days, political parties announced their leadership nominees.

The biggest surprise is the announcement that former Vice-Presidential candidate Claudio Ménouarium will be the candidate for the Conservative Coalition in the Council of Regions.

The other political parties have their incumbents running. Here is the breakdown for the leadership nominees in the upcoming election, with the National Convention leader first for each political party.
