I think the minister should be able to appoint a deputy/deputies as they see fit, I'm not entirely too sure how I feel about adding more bureocracy and layers to the MoRA, especially since what Seraph has been doing is getting rid of that excess that the MoRA has had in recent days and flattening out the structure, which is a trend that I believe has been working.

Point of fact, rather than weighing in on the debate, but I have had to appoint two deputies so the flat structure is slowly dissolving. I'm also a bit burnt-out. Take from that what you will.
