I have even better idea, we can make media a separate Department where the GOVT shall only give its Press Releases and rest of its content shall be independent. So we can make Ranks like Writer, Senior Writer, Editor, Senior Editor, Interviewer, Senior Interviewer and then Deputy Editor in chief and Editor in Chief and the senior members of all respective department shall elect a Deputy Editor in chief and Editor in Chief for every month. By this we can get a conductive atmosphere in the Department and if more people participate we can make more positions. 

We don't need a separate department to run announcements from the Gov't. I'm pretty sure the #announcements on the regional Discord is more than enough. The Media Ministry would be for production of TSJs only.

That is more TNP style and it just......... isn't appropriate.....   

Having a big Cabinet isn't a TNP concept. It's something that happens when a bunch of sub departments become too large to be run by one person even with Deputies.
Why? Can you explain why that isn't appropriate?  

Its just creating more Ministries and that means bigger cabinet and I don't feel its good. 

Having a bigger Cabinet isn't dependent on whether or not someone likes it; it's dependent on whether it is necessary to help these Ministries reach their full potential.
