And it has been clearly shown that one person cannot possible handle managing all of MoRA even with deputies. If our sub-Ministries under MoRA cannot function to their fullest potential while being under one Ministry, then why aren't we trying to separate them?
In addition, if we really wanted one Ministry, then why did the Assembly waste their time trying to split MoRA in the last debate? I'm pretty sure more than one proposal proposed asked for the creation of at least two or more Ministries.
