By the way, the last time we held a GC, that killed almost all regional activity except for the 1-2 handfuls of people that worked on the GC itself, and much of that ended up (ironically) being done in backrooms anyway.

I seconded both afterwards, but my original second was for the original proposal, not tsu's.
