The Assembly of the Coalition of The South Pacific,

Recognizing the extenuating circumstances regarding the close proximity of a special election with a regularly scheduled justice election, 

HEREBY RESOLVES that the December 2014 High Court elections are cancelled and all terms of the sitting justices are extended until the next election.
