In terms of both size and climate your nation is roughly Iceland. Which has a population of only 332,529.

I would like to request that the Federated States of Omega be added. Current Population is 67 Million people.
We use a federalist structure, all policy question vary based on state, we do not allow for the use of chemical, nuclear or biological weapons to be used by our armed forces.
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.

I'm going to have to jump in again and object. FSoO is pretty small, only 61593 km^2. Western nations that size only have around 2-5 million people. Togo is slight smaller and has 7.5 millin, but that's more overpopulated and at a GDP of $1,567 per capita it's not exactly a shining shining example. If you *really* want to go dense Sri Lanka is larger but has 20 million. Again, neither of these are likely examples of what you'd want if you're looking for a developed country.

We're looking at numbers and adapting them.
Update: We're larger than Switzerland which has 8 million people.

Final update: We think we could pull off 12.4 Million if we were permitted.
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.

That's still rather high, but I can tolerate it. Maybe a million or two lower at least

Well that's a million and a half more than the population of Belgium and it is about half the size of the FSoO.
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.

The Low Countries are also a really atypical case of population density due to extremely high regulated land use and land reclamation.

Okay so despite the fact I have 2/5 of my states as highly urban I can't pull this off? I gave you an 80%(!) cut already off of dream figures. Besides about a 1/2 of that is in 2 cities! Are you sure I can pull this off?
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.
