I think that is the next stage Ryccia, when we will decide if we adopt a proposal or not. If you don't want any, you don't really need to vote the first time and can vote against any that are selected to be put to vote. That is how I understand it to work anyway.

The Hoplite Bicameral Compromise Bill is now finalised. The final version is labelled 'Final Bill' and can be found in the Members' Bill area in the 'Hoplite Bicameral Compromise Bill' thread at post #1 and repeated again at post #28 (it's identical in both). A huge thank you to everyone who helped develop it.
