I am pleased to announce that the Democratic Republic of Bonaugure has been included in our record as a full member of the Southern Cooperation Organisation, will all the privileges and responsibilities thereof, as authorized by this Council.

Henceforth the Democratic Republic of Bonaugure is entitled to a seat and a vote in this Council, and to all the other privileges and responsibilities as indicated in the Charter and all other legal documents that are binding to all members, as may be agreed upon in the future.
