By law it should be, because that's what it is, and I'm really getting annoyed with people saying otherwise. -_-

I think this is a really good idea, to have a thread collating what we will be voting on. Not sure if a lot of these threads are discussions or proposals, let alone how many are finalised proposals. There is almost surely going to be conflicting legislation proposed too, so voting may be a bit messy.

I've only paid attention to the Demilitarisation thread and some minor other things. Beyond that, the bicameral drafts got out of control fast.
Well, I appreciate all the Monday morning quarterbacking going on here. Great to hear it.
