I have already explained why we took this decision now, as opposed to then. We believe this was the best time possible, given the circumstances. We did not want to do this, but had to do it.

Tsunamy did not do this. The Cabinet did.
I am not repeating the same thing over Kris, your doing more than I am the same answers over and over. I am not on about the removal of Bel's citizenship I am on about agreeing with Bel that OLBT was "fair" and "100% legal"

I don't think the logs reflect that Tsu agreed that OLBT was fair and 100% legal. He conceded that the mere act of bringing new people to TSP is 100% legal. Then, when Bel said that he'd be willing to do illegal things to get the changes he wanted, Tsu appeared to take a step back and indicated that he was uncomfortable with the idea of using illegal means to oust people.
Turtles all the way down.

It's Up to Vote.

Since I didn't get in on this earlier, I'll say this now. In the beginning, I was against The Cabinets decision to revoke Belschafts citizenship. Mainly because, as a citizen you are held accountable for your actions via The High Court, as a resident you have the option of fleeing the region and therefore no longer bound by the The Charter and The Code of Laws. I intended to vote in favor of reversing The Cabinets decision only to ensure Belschaft be brought to court and justice be served regardless of The High Courts ruling.

Having seen the logs Belschaft posted to supposedly incriminate Tsunamy, but instead only serve to reinforce The Cabinets decision, I support revoking Belschafts citizenship and urge everyone to vote "Nay" on this appeal.

I agree that Bel has done illegal things, how there is insignificant evidence to prove that he is a security threat. I don't like either sides at the moment and therefor I will most likely be voting Abstain.

Then what evidence would be sufficient for you? You even have logs that show Belschaft himself would commit illegal acts in order to remove Unibot and Sandaoguo. The evidence is overwhelming. If that is not being a security threat, then what is?

(Not a rhetorical question, I genuinely am curious about what you are thinking, at this point)

Punch, would you like to see the logs where Bel -- as recently as Wednesday night -- was attempting to push me into creating a lie around his Operation Brave Toaster actions? And threatened to release the above logs if I didn't help him?

You are free to vote however you like. But know that this is as much about Bel's current dealings as it was about whatever he did in July.

Well to both of you there is still little evidence to prove that Bel is a security threat, however he has been acting in a hostile manner recently and if you was trying to blackmail tsu then his citizenship should be strip from him. Even if it was no done in the correct proceedings.
