My observations: Article 2, Section 1, Clause 1: I think we should deposit the Charter in the HQ thread and start a new one for discussions. Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2: I suggest "The means for the Accession, to be deposited at the Union's HQ, are the following: a formal request and a detailed political and economic of the Requesting Party's nation report to prove it is Socialist, followed by a sworn statement of allegiance to the Union and a sworn statement of acceptance and adhesion to the Charter." Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1 and 2: For security reasons unfortunately I cannot allow Bruuman citizens to freely circulate outside the national borders. Regarding your citizens, I can offer freedom of circulations inside non-restricted areas (as opposed to other countries' tourists who must take organized tours with pre-approved itineraries ). Also, some imports, while leagl in other countries, are forbidden in Bruuma. (These restrictions does not apply to Puerto Pollo). So I suggest we modify the clauses as following: "The Members of the Union shall declare Open Borders, allowing the free circulation of their inhabitants to each other's territory, compatibly with restrictions for security reasons. Same is applied to the use of public services, such as Health Care, Public Transport, Security and Education." and "Trade among the Members of the Union shall be freed from export/import taxes as well as any form of blockade or embargo, compatibly with restrictions for security reasons" Article 4, Section 3, Clause 5: I propose "In the event that the accused nation is not present at the time of the conviction, punishment shall be put on hold and the nation should be given a temporary suspended membership status until the nation returns"

There is already a Flag, the one I posted in the HQ thread [ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND] . I'll work on developing the Coat of Arms, Seal and Badge, any help is of course appreciated.
As for the HQ thread, I'll try changing the names, otherwise we can go as you suggested.
