Charter Amendment Take 2
#61

1. We do not have a forum embassy with LWU.
2. I was going to close the in game embassy, when I was Delegate. I cancelled the closure when the LWU ambassador contacted me and promised to work on a more active relationship between LWU and TSP. That never happened.

Sorry, Consulate, my mistake. And it's still not closed, so I maintain my point.

It's very active for a defunct organization. One could even call it alive.

And hence why I asked Escade to back up their claims. We can not prove that which does not exist.

"Dali and BGP. You have both been rejected due to security issues. As per the new regulations feel free to appeal to the assembly."

I feel like that's self-explanatory but if not the court system has recently made some sort of statement on security risks.

"You're a security threat because you are one" is not even close to being an explanation.

More like a childhood taunt, if anything.

Well both people were given the chance to appeal. They did so. I may not agree with the outcomes but I believe in the process. It's obvious you don't. We agree to disagree.

And the appeal process requires a 75% Assembly approval. A citizenship request does not.

If we're going to go down that road, Escade, remove the Vice-Delegate from the process entirely and replace it with a 75% required approval vote from the Assembly on every applicant, every time.

Still waiting on that link to the explanation, by-the-by.
