In his third public statement in the last 24 hours, President Dominic Frost said, "Lately, there have been rumors that Qvaitican special operators where training civilians in urban warfare and insurgency. Right now, Qvait is carrying out a regime change in Ryccia. The Qvaitican Senate, as I've been told, will vote in favor of war against the current corrupt government of Ryccia. We are doing what is right for the nation by ousting the corrupt Prime Minister Dave Isvou. Once this war is over with a successful regime change, maybe then Ryccia and Qvait write up new treaties."

We remain skeptical towards the attempts of our ally Qvait to enforce a regime change in Ryccia, without prior consultation with the Southern Cooperation Organisation. It is our belief that diplomacy and adherence to Draft Resolution 001 are the best options for a peaceful and diplomatic solution to this crisis. We urge all sides of this conflict to follow that course of action.
We also condemn the actions of the Ryccian Prime Minister. It is clear that he must resign and allow the formation of a national reconciliation government, under the temporary leadership of the King or a Prime Minister appointed by him. President Frost said, "Qvait has mobilized its forces and are at-sea. If the SCO manages to achieve a diplomatic and peaceful solution, the Qvaitican Defense Forces will stand down and go back home. However, if a solution is not met by Friday, 27 March, the QDF will proceed to carry out the regime change in Ryccia through military force."

We have set a deadline for Friday to reach a peace deal. If a deal is not made by then, Qvait will be willing to offer only ONE extension before the Qvaitican Defense Forces oust Ryccian PM Isvou.
