Going through the current campaign platforms, I noticed in Glen's platform:

I agree. And based from what I read here in the situation room, I do think Taijitu would be a good start. I don't believe I can get anything passed before the end of my term; but I would like to lay the groundwork for whomever takes my place. Hileville also mentioned to me there was a treaty in the works a while ago which Elu presented and we can work on.

I have read the previous discussion on Taijitu in the Spiritus thread and I believe the FA with Elu's contribution can come up with a rough draft. I realize the vote against was the lack of cultural involvement. However from what I've seen it has a nice level of activity.
