The gunmen were granted amnesty in Sporaltryus. A trial will occur in Sporaltryus according to Qvaitican law.

Qvait is welcome to conduct the trial in Sportryus, if they wish.

But the gunmen will not be extradited.

With reluctance, the government of Qvait will send representatives, but wishes that a trial is not held until DIADS can confirm what the fugitives can be charged with.

Sporaltryus will postpone the trial and place the gunmen under protective custody in Aquica.

Qvait will hold a trial in Sporaltryus, but if Sporaltryus does not give the punishment as imposed by the Qvaitican Supreme Court Justices, economic sanctions will be imposed on Sporaltryus by the Qvaitican Congress.

Sporaltryus will accept these terms, as it is not on our territory the gunmen did their act.
