Wolf is subordinate to the needs of foreign affairs, which is a legal obligation of Generals in the Code of Laws. I wouldn't care if Kazmr hadn't made the complaint, but he did and so Wolf needs to rein himself in.

Nobody cares about his commendation. And I'm not sure why he's pointing out his leadership role in LWU, except to say, "Yeah it's going to cause problems, but y'all knew that when I was confirmed. So tough luck for you Tounge"

Bottom line is that he needs to drop the attitude and fall in line with our foreign affairs. That means not antagonizing allies, especially when they've complained about him.
