If these two statements are combined, they're basically saying that a vote for Jill Stein or Gary Johnson is a vote for Trump and Clinton. The truth of the matter is that the Libertarian ticket will hurt Trump and the Green ticket will hurt Clinton. I'm gonna vote for Jill Stein and there is no way that anyone will swing my vote away from her. I see both Clinton and Trump as liars and incompetent leaders, and I don't want to look back on Election Day 2016 saying that I voted for either Clinton or Trump. Besides, the presidential election in the United States is set up with an archaic electoral system. California's Republican Party is basically dead, and my vote for Jill Stein will not hurt Clinton nor help Trump, because she won this state in the primaries. If you are a voter in Ohio, Florida, or any other swing state, your vote is much more important than mine. So, the debate was a few days ago, but I doubt that it swayed anyone's opinions, let alone the opinions on this forum. At this point, 80 to 90% of eligible voting Americans have made up their minds as to who they're going to vote for or whether they're going to vote at all. Whether Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton wins, the vast majority of Americans will not be enthusiastic about their next President and I'm going to be one of them. So, here's to hoping the next President will be a one-term President. I hope Tusli Gabbard, the former Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee who resigned from her position to endorse Bernie Sanders, runs for President in 2020. I would be very enthusiastic to vote for her, as much as I was in supporting Bernie Sanders in the Democratic primaries.

Had Sanders won Clinton supporters would have backed him straight away, she would have endorsed him straight away. First of all, my loyalties are not to party, it is to country. Second of all, I will not vote for a candidate that is unable to maintain the same political stances and was irresponsible in her handling of Benghazi, choosing not to heed the warnings of intelligence officials of what was coming; nor can I support a candidate that is too erratic. My country would be better served by someone other than Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.
