In my mind. Either Ryccia, Valkyria or RIM. RIM might be a good option, since they're the total villains now.

But if the interference is somewhat communist/socialist, Imma say VPRB is good.

You could just ask the owners of the RIM before declaring the RIM to be behind the wonky interference. I’ll be happy to discuss ways the RIM may try to interfere with your internal politics, but please ask the owners of their respective rp characters, orgs and countries before using them without their express permission.
