Well they're not a national guard in the conventional sense, but rather just the post-GIS Ryccian Military. But yes, this is a blatant treaty violation. I don't know why you'd be sending warships on what is allegedly a peaceful mission regardless.

A few things,

1: You never got permission to enter Union waters, let alone land on the shore. Plus, why the fuck at Laiwanese ships there anyways?

2: For all intents and purposes, you're trying to steal my citizens to call your own, and that will not and will never fly with me or with anyone else here.

3: You have conducted a total violation of sovereignty. It's as if I landed a few ships on your coast and allowed any Ryccian citizen who wanted to flee whatever nation you may have to come to the Union. Would you accept that? No.

That's not how international relations work, Ryccia. You have no right whatsoever to land on a sovereign nation and take away its citizens. Especially when you just signed an international agreement that forbids your military from leaving your own borders.
