Oh, yes. Alliance systems are fracturing, tensions are rising, and the only thing holding it together is the knowledge that the other guys have nukes too (and, in the case of Bruuma, probably biological weapons as well, although this remains unconfirmed).

In all fairness, I think the Government Island Summit is doing pretty well. We are working out a good agreement on the international trials, and will do the same in other areas.

If you check out the tool I referenced on the RMB, you'll see that Military and Reserves are comprised by zero people.
