If Farengeto were to withdraw his Legal Question, we could still do that, but it's a gamble, because there is no guarantee it would pass. Even if we did do a resolution that'd still take a minimum of three days which is no better than what we have now. Unless the admins can all agree that's all we've got.
I wasn't planning on running anyway in the next elections, so I'm happy to accept the nomination for this as a one off to resolve the legal question.
