Where do you fall on the recent Court scandal?

Well, I support Farengeto. If Apad, the Appellate Justice, was involved in the discussions of HCLQ1515 and personally approved them, as Farengeto said, his objectivity was compromised. Plus, TAC overreacted with his resignation. I have looked at the Charter and Code of Laws, whatever the Admins and Cabinet did with Court information was not illegal. There is no section saying that Admins cannot see Court information.

However, this is somewhat confusing to me, so I'll read more. I may change my answer. Or not. This scandal is just overreacting over a simple error.

I think you meant gavel, not gamble in the topic title.

Good luck anyway.
#5

Oh. I thought it was gamble. Thanks!

What makes qualified to be a Justice when you have admitted to being unfamiliar with our laws and legal system?
#7

Not remember them all the time? I admit, yes. Understand them? I can understand them(although I have doubts with them sometimes, but no one's perfect).

I did not know that it was a requirement to memorize law. I have never been a Justice before, so I did not know.

Better start memorizing then(I hope this answer was satisfying, but Im pretty sure it was not).
