To update things a little on this side, I quote myself from the Lazarene forums...

Events:

• Sacrifices RP (before Halloween, and progressing to first zombie sightings just before Z-Day)

• Bite (Rock), Cure (Paper), Shoot (Scissors) Gameside Poll Activity
  
• Interviews - I nominate myslef and New Rogernomics for interviews. Others can volunteer themselves too so TSP can pick (a) favorite(s)

This is what I've gathered from this conversation thus far. First, we need to come up with a name of the Festival and then make a region with the same name. We need to start embassy construction instantly (like today). We can do the Sacrifices RP and then the Zombie Apocalypse RP on the shared RMB. During the Z-Days, we can do the polls. We can split the Spam Games between our forums (if tat makes it too complicated, let's send the spam to TSP). The Costume Contest can have its own dedicated threads on both forums. It may be a good idea to do the Mafia Game on the TSP forum. Costume Contest Judges should be Feirmont, Rogernomics and Bon. I guess I can host the Mafia game on TSP's forum if nobody there volunteers for it.

• Is it possible to mix Lake Flotillas' idea of having a hunger games with the Zombie Apocalypse RP?
  
  
• How about a Witch Hunt during the days of the black plague as theme for a mafia game not to abuse of the zombie idea?

As you are already well aware, the Ghost Month got completely overshadowed by Z-Day. Hence the festival's revamp being suggested by Kris Kringle not long afterwards, and quickly agreed by most of us.

Furthermore, some doubts have reappeared:

• The schedule (from what day to what day?)... considering Thursday, November 26th as Thanksgiving day 2015
  
• The festival's name
  
• Which activities will be held:
  • Which ones only for Lazarus forum?
    
  • Which ones only for TSP forum?
    
  • Which ones for both forums?
    
  • Which one(s) is(are) carried out in-game?

Regarding the Redirecting Subforums, I've been told not long ago that to make things simpler we should link them to each other's full subforum instead of just each games... I think they were right.

A plain example of how'd that be for both forums:
