Introduction

Hello everyone! I'm very happy to have been elected as Minister and once again would like to thank everyone who voted for me. Here I shall be announcing my first "acts" I guess as Minister.

Deputies and Advisory Council

As Minister I get to appoint two Deputies and who I want on my Advisory Council. I would like to appoint Serres as my first Deputy. He has shown real energy and determination and thus I think he shall be an excellent Deputy. As for the second I haven’t quite made my mind up yet, I have a large list of people who I think would make an excellent Deputy and I shall pick someone from that list within the next week or so judging from their performance in that first week. For the meantime however I would like to keep Bon as my Deputy however that may change so watch out Bon! Happywide

As for the Advisory Council I will be splitting it by permeant members and non-permeant members. My two Deputies and one other member shall serve as the permeant members while another shall be picked to serve for a period of time and shall then be swapped with another person who I believe also deserves a seat on the Council. For now however my permeant members are Serres, Bon and Kris, and the non-permeant is Scylla. I believe all have shown real commitment to the Ministry and I trust their judgement.

Recruitment
I shall be over the next few days be connecting former Ministry workers and asking them if they want to come back and re-join the fun. I shall also be contacting those who have expressed interest in the Ministry and those who I think would do great in the Ministry. I should soon have the power to send mass TG and with that power I’ll try to get more people involved. I will also be posting a “Role Call” thread so that I know who is currently involved and so on.

Conclusion

This is just a brief outline of what’s going to happen within the next few days, I will at some point soon give a full list of what the Ministry has planned. If you want to make my life easier you could post down below if you would be interested in the Ministry or if you would not be and I’ll know not to contact you. I hope we can get the Ministry off to a great start and continue on.

I want to announce/ask Roavin if he would like to take on the roll of Deputy Minister. Roavin has helped generate activity in RA and has taken on a leadership role in the SJ without even being asked. He has a great future ahead of him in RA and therefore I would love it if he would accept this offer.
