Nation in the South Pacific: Cormactopia Prime
Are you, or have you ever been a member of the group known as "The Empire"? If yes, please provide details: I was told by them that I was a member in 2013. We've since had a... falling out, to say the least. Definitely not a member of Empire anymore and haven't been since 2013.
Have you previously been refused citizenship/legislator status in the South Pacific? If yes, please provide details: I haven't been refused, to my recollection, though I did withdraw my application once quite some time ago when applications were still processed by the Vice Delegate, as I was notified by another Cabinet member at the time that I likely would be refused. I can't remember who was Vice Delegate at the time. I think their name might have involved penguins.
Have you been convicted or otherwise had a court case brought against you in a court of law in or outside the South Pacific? If yes, please provide details: No conviction and, to my recollection, no cases against me in TSP. I have been convicted of treason under Osiris' previous government, and I was convicted of various crimes in The New Inquisition and The Land of Kings and Emperors in 2012 for joining the United Defenders League.

Declaration
  1. I will abide by and uphold the Charter of the South Pacific and all its laws.
  2. I understand that my application may be subjected to a security review, and that I have provided all necessary information.
  3. In undertaking the duties of a Legislator, I will comply with the responsibilities that come with the position.
  4. I certify that all information provided above is true to the best of my knowledge, and is neither incomplete nor deceptive.
  5. Should I fail to meet the requirements to be granted Legislator status, I understand that my application may be denied or my Legislator status revoked at the discretion of the Chair of the Assembly.
