| When would you like your Alt. History Fantasy RP? |

"Wait!" I hear you cry, "What Alt. History Fantasy RP?" Well, that's what I'm here to tell you about.
So, Roavin and I have been trying to work on an idea for a TSP fantasy RP for a wee while now and we haven't been having the most success, then, this morning, I had the idea of making it an alternate history with strong fantasy elements, thus simplifying the setting just a little (although only a little, I appreciate). The idea would be that we RP as our MT nations, but sometime in their past and with the history shuffled about according to our whims. But, to do this we would actually have to settle on a period to set the RP in and it's probable that we would all have different ideas as to when would suit best. Thus the poll. Just select when you'd prefer, no preference or tell me if you're not interested at all and we'll see if a pattern emerges which might help us to make a decision about what to do (or even if it's worth doing at all). I'll have it mostly in the late 20th and early 21st but I might have history going back till the 10th.
This looks cool! My nation will just be a colony at this point but it still seems like it could be very exciting!

I'm very pleased by the level of interest. At the time of posting the results seem to be tied between the 12th and the 17th centuries, which is fascinating. The 12th century would mean a very medieval fantasy feel, but might be restrictive to some colonial nations (although this is alt. history, so that can always be dealt with). The 17th century would be great for colonial stories and, of course, pirates, but would be less traditional as far as fantasy goes (which is either a good thing or a bad thing, depending on who you are).
Anyway, I'm going to leave this a few days to see if we get any more votes, or if more people shift votes (I'm looking at you @Zak6858  [But I'm really glad you've decided you're interested after all!]), then, if we still have a tie I'll maybe create a second poll for an run-off vote.Also, please feel free to use this thread to discuss the options and maybe convince others to vote for your preferred century.
