That is something that I've had on my mind for a while, but I haven't found it in either the Charter or the Code of Laws. Or perhaps I'm not looking in the right places? :S

You need to be a citizen to vote and to run for office, according to the Bill of Rights.

Fairly sure we changed that oddity some time ago. New citizenship registrations is frozen when elections begin, but anyone who is a citizen before then can run for office and vote.
