Could you elaborate on how you structure the Ministerial Staff?

So the current structure is as follows:

Based on some of the discussions in this very thread I'm planning on looking for someone to fill another AC role dedicated to the Historical Society project, with associated roles and I'm always open for new suggestions as to potential Regional Affairs activities.

What do you see the future for broadcast as being?

I'd like to see it settle into becoming a regular thing which the region can then develop an expectation for, then I'd like to see it expand beyond the short news format to include interviews or discussion programs, or even entertainment/music slots.  This is all heavily dependent on both the level of regional involvement and, to some extent, extra-regional events, but that's my ideal picture.  I hope, at the very least, that we are able to lay the groundwork for that in the coming term.
