I would be glad to support Escade's version, to be honest, except that I don't think it will pass game-side, and I'm not even sure it will pass the Assembly. But my main priority is getting rid of the Local Council's block vote -- I just added extension of game-side voting as a compromise.

Ok, I was talking on the RMB to some people and Auphelia suggested each LC gets 1 vote which would be a good idea but its up to vote now so let's see :O

Both bills surpassed the 60% supermajority required. However, Cormac's bill received 8 more aye votes, and thus is the one that will continue on to the in-game community.
