Antes de empezar nos gustaría disculparnos por no actualizar la semana pasada, pero era el día de la revolución, día de festividad por la revolución popular española, ahoram sin más dilación, ¡vamos con la entrevista! Buenos días, aquí Laura, la entrevistadora, y hoy vamos a conocer al señor Lezo, quien nos explicará resumidamente cómo funciona la propiedad y la política en nuestro país: Sí, hola Laura y espectadores de la televisión nacional, soy Jorge Lezo Campos y soy uno de los diputados que pertenecen al Partido Comunista de Revolución Democrática, partido que actualmente cuenta con el 80% de los votos, gracias a lo cual pudimos reformar la constitución en favor de un sistema de propiedad que corta de raíz la explotación laboral y transformar lo que era una democracia representativa en una democracia participativa parcial en la cuál los ciudadanos eligen a representantes locales en cada centro de población y todos estos representantes juntos toman las decisiones, siempre a favor de la completa liberación del trabajador y la formación de un sistema y sociedad comunistas, respecto a lo de "parcial", eso es porque no todas las leyes son aprobadas por el pueblo, como sería en una democracia participativa, pero si una ley propuesta es impopular y más de un tercio de la población está en contra, se realiza un referéndum para que la población la apruebe o la derogue mediante su derecho al voto, debido a esto nuestro partido también construyó una asamblea en cada centro de población para dar acceso a los ciudadanos a un lugar en el que éstos puedan discutir y votar las leyes que cumplieran estos requerimientos. Ésta ha sido la reforma actual respecto al modo de hacer política, esperamos proseguir y alcanzar una democracia directa pero este es un proceso largo, mientras tanto, en el ámbito económico, nosotros, como partido comunista, tenemos tres fases que debemos cumplir, la primera es la dictadura del proletariado, que es básicamente conseguir que el partido llegue al poder y cambie el sistema político a uno más democrático, actualmente estaríamos en lo que en la URSS se llamaban los soviets, o representantes del pueblo elegidos por el pueblo, pero eso ya lo hemos comentado, la segunda fase es el socialismo, que es la fase en la que nos encontramos, esta fase es la más larga y es la que requiere más cambios y concentración, en esta fase el partido comunista en el poder nacionaliza las empresas para convertirlas en lo que llamaríamos "propiedad común" o "propiedad pública", que básicamente es una propiedad que es de todos los ciudadanos y que, con los conocimientos adecuados, pueden usar sin restricciones para fabricar, modificar, extraer u ofrecer servicios cualesquiera, de esta manera, con el uso libre de los medios de producción, extracción y también el libre uso de locales para ofrecer sus servicios estos ganan íntegramente todo el fruto de su esfuerzo, no como en el capitalismo, en el cuál el empresario se queda con la plusvalía únicamente por ser propietario de los medios de producción, el estado socialista no recibe nada del uso de estos medios de producción, todo lo que gana el estado tiene base en los impuestos, acordados por la población en la constitución y revisados cada 4 años, unas semanas después de ganar las elecciones; con estos impuestos el estado paga a los funcionarios, incluyendo a los diputados, cuyo salario ha sido pactado por los ciudadanos, y el resto va a parar al estado de bienestar, la seguridad social, la educación, el mantenimiento y en caso de que sea necesario la construcción de hogares, la electricidad y demás necesidades básicas estipuladas en la carta de los derechos humanos, por otro lado encontramos el otro tipo de propiedad, la "propiedad personal", la cual es básicamente todo tipo de producto que una persona compre con su salario para su uso personal fuera de lo que son las necesidades básicas, por ejemplo una televisión, un coche, un móvil, cualquier mueble o algo similar, este tipo de productos tienen un valor establecido por la Ley del Valor de Marx al terminar de ser manufacturado, por lo que no se puede especular con ellos, aunque de todas maneras se ha decidido por consenso que no se puedan revender, por si acaso, para evitar la corrupción económica y la injusticia.
