Lettering is a slight bit off center and it could probably use a circle around it which I will fix both later, I just don't have the time today or tomorrow to do it.
Meaning Behind Everything starting from top to bottom: The Phyrgian (Not sure if that's spelled right) Cap is used to represent the Freedom in our region and the right to get involved in whatever way you want without too much pressure. The scales are used to represent the Justice of the region and the right to fair judgement without bias. The little curl thing is there to look pretty. The stars represent the 6 positions in our cabinet. The shield is there to look pretty. The golden triangle thing (Not sure what it actually is) is pointed downwards, or south. The dark blue represents the ocean, the light blue represents the pacific, the flag is there to look pretty and to represent the South Pacific. The three bars are whatever you want them to be, although for the seal's sake they're waves. The fasces's represent democracy and strength. The circle which isn't there yet but that I shall add later will represent the unity of the region, indivisible and unseparated.
