Temporary relocation of the Committee for the Economy
A resolution proposed by Ambassador Marcus Bailey of the United Kingdom of Valkyria.
Article I — Relocation
Because of destruction caused by an earthquake and subsequent tsunami in the city of Sydney, we shall temporarily relocate the Committee for the Economy from Sydney to Stockholm, the capital of Valkyria.
Article II — Terms
- The Committee for the Economy shall be headquartered in Stockholm for a period of 365 days.
- If the Valkyrian government determines that Sydney is not yet prepared to serve as the headquarters of the Committee for the Economy, the duration of which it shall be headquartered in Stockholm may be extended for a maximum of ninety days at a time by a simple majority vote in the World Forum.
- If the deadline is reached without extension, the next meeting of the Committee for the Economy must take place in Sydney.
- If the deadline is reached without extension and the next meeting is unable to be held in Sydney, Stockholm shall become the permanent headquarters of the Committee for the Economy.
