I've been informed that we're legally obligated to remind the Assembly when we lose a treaty, even if it's one we forgot about and it happened months ago. Europeia notified us of their treaty repeal, they repealed it, and this has been the way for months now. We still have warm relations with Europeia, and the ambassadors for both regions are both active in their respective embassies.

This is really just a matter of bookkeeping, no need to comment extensively.  Don't sue us, thanks.
