The reason is immaterial - everyone is different, situations and personalities considered. Clearly, if their nation dies off, they're not too concerned. Clealrly, if they move away from the region, they're not too concerned. Are nations in danger of losing citizenship notified? I do not think so.
I fail to see how two spam posts a month qualifies someone as active, but if they post one spam post a month they're not active and lose citizenship.
In my first official post here this month, I would like everyone to know that I, at the ripe old age of 26, have grey hair. Because I can.

They can be in the Assembly, which is the proper place for a discussion about citizenship and keeping it. Post 2.
