I'm not sure about Article 4 - I don't think that recall from office should be grounds for immediate revocation. I'm not actually keen on automatic revocation at all. I think it would be better to have that article read as follows;

"(1) Any award of the Coalition may be revoked by an Assembly resolution passed with three-fifths majority of those voting. Revocation should only be initiated for dereliction of duty, abuse of authority, violations of the law, or when an award was granted under false or unworthy pretences, and not for purposes of political rivalry."

I'm not sure I understand what the meaning of this part is, and what's the point of having it.

This simply allows the recipient to advertise that they are the holder of the award in any way they wish. Without this clause it could be argued that recipients could have the award revoked should they advertise their accomplishment. Whether that is a necessary inclusion is a matter of personal opinion.
