The Ryccian Federation calls forth a debate on the slavery issue in Qaweritoyu.

"The Ryccian Federation finds it unacceptable that any country legalizes slavery. It is a most undesirable legislation, and we shall not allow this to continue. Thus, the Ryccian Federation calls on the World Forum to issue harsh economic sanctions on the country, and if it refuses to see reason, we propose that an internationally-coordinated blockade commence when the situation becomes intolerable. The aim of the sanctions must be to prohibit any company or entity to conduct business with Qaweritoyu, so as to target their economy and keep it hostage until human rights are resumed. And, in the case things turn sour or if Qaweritoyu will not budge an inch, a blockade should focus on isolating their coasts from the trade our world now depends on. We must make Qaweritoyu see reason, or else! For the Ryccian Federation believes no nation here could ever possibly tolerate the institution of slavery"
