On this note, and just to confirm, the plan is to vote on all these proposed amendments at once, right? So we won't end up with a situation in which this amendment passes but the Charter amendment does not?

Yes, that is my understanding. I believe it will follow the precedent set by the Omnibus Package (Court Reform).
